Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused parts in their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all gaskets and installation hardware are included.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned parts for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
